Blog Watching, week ending April 10, 2016

The CEAA dominates our news flow on the week, as items related to three submissions towards major projects in the NorthWest were delivered to the Environmental Agency

A controversial submission from the NDP relaying their concerns over the proposed Pacific NorthWest LNG terminal at Lelu Island was the most read item of the week, quickly followed by our notes on the City of Prince Rupert's submission to the agency which was recently posted to the CEAA website.

The Kitimat Clean Oil refinery cracks our listings of the five most read items of the week, as that project delivered its project description to the CEAA.

Readers also found much interest in our notes on the final stages of construction of a new executive suites residence in the city, while our look ahead of earlier this week of a three night run of Rock of Ages at the Lester Centre attracted a good volume of readers.

However, the top item of the week once again turns to the issues related to LNG development in the Northwest. In this instance, it was the submission of the official NDP position on the Lelu Island project topped our listings of the last seven days.
