Real Estate Tracker: Week ending August 22, 2021

A flurry of new listens marks the late summer entries to the local real estate listings, with a pair of new entrants making their way into our list of the ten top end properties in Prince Rupert

The list of ten for another week reflecting a balance for east and west sides, with five each at either side of the McBride Street dividing line.

The latest listings continuing to host three properties over or just under the one million dollar mark and have propelled the overall value of the top end chart to close to 9 million dollars.
