Real Estate Tracker: Week ending August 29, 2021

Heading towards the final few days of August, the top end listings find little movement, with this week's list of ten the same as it was last week.

The compilation once again reflecting a balance for east and west sides, with five each at either side of the McBride Street dividing line.

The latest listings continue to host three properties over or just under the one million dollar mark and have propelled the overall value of the top end chart to close to 9 million dollars.

The real estate review below is purely for information purposes, for further background on the properties recorded, see our links page for access to the individual real estate listings.
