After a two week Soft Opening, Saltwater Bakery and Provisions in Cow Bay is ready for Grand Opening Day

From the morning they opened the SaltWater Bakery 
in Cow Bay has become a popular stop for residents and tourists

The first two weeks of business for the SaltWater Bakery and Provisions have likely exceeded what they had anticipated, with word of mouth mostly sending residents of and visitors to Prince Rupert alike all down to Cow Bay to check out the city's latest commercial enterprise.

Though as we quickly found out, the old adage that the early bird gets the croissant proved true, with the volume of customers arriving in the morning usually making for empty shelves and an early close for the newest faces on Cow Bay Road.

And after the two week soft opening, tomorrow brings The Grand Opening, with the event set for a Noon Hour opening for the Bakery with events schedule through to Five PM as they thank their customers and invite potential new ones to come check out what the buzz is all about.

Once the Grand Opening wraps up, Saltwater Bakery and Provisions  will be shifting to some revised Opening Hours, with the Bakery Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
