Real Estate Tracker: Week ending March 23, 2020

With the North Coast heading into an unsettled period ahead, we will be suspending our weekly overview of the local real estate sector for now; with plans to resume our tracking project at some point down the road, once things return to what we all once considered a more normal time.

The move to suspend our tracking comes following the announcement last week by the BC Northern Real Estate Board to suspend Open Houses in the wake of the COVID-19 situation.

For now, those with an interest in following the real estate scene in the community can review some of our past work; an archive which will offer up an interesting benchmark to make note of, for when the days ahead are just a little bit more clearer.
