Members of Prince Rupert Fire/Rescue had an early start to Friday morning, with a call of a fire in Prince Rupert's Industrial Park.

Dispatched to the call at 3AM , upon arrival they tackled a blaze which involved three vehicles at the scene. The Fire Crew was able to bring the fire under control quickly and limited the damage to the three vehicles on the scene.

There were no injuries reported from the call to service, the cause of the fire is now under investigation.

It's not the first fire in an industrial area that they have faced in recent weeks.

In January they were called out to a fire at Drydock Road and George Hills Way, where they responded to a suspicious fire at Coastal Propane.

Correction: We originally had stated that the Fire was a Saturday AM call, it was on Friday, we have corrected the article.
