Mayor Lee Brain has climate on the agenda this week as he checks in from the Climate Solutions Council gathering, providing his observations on his journey through his Facebook page yesterday.
In his notes the Mayor observes as to some of the themes that the collective explored this week, sharing his enthusiasm of their work and the opportunity engage Prince Rupert residents on them later in this year.
As the city does not provide for a posted itinerary of the Mayor's travels on their website, there's no indication as to how long he has been out of town while attending the session, or when he's anticipated to return to the Mayor's office at City Hall.
Mr. Brain was appointed to the Climate Solutions Council in February, his notes at the time sharing his excitement at joining the panel and what he anticipated will be realized from his participation with it.

I am sure his travel is something important to the people of Prince Rupert. It should be noted many corporations are cutting back on travel and planning actions required for Covin 19. He much have that all done before he left. Glad the mayor has got my back..
