The District of Port Edward is looking to sell off some of its property holdings, putting out a notice advising of the disbursement of two lots in the community.
The first is located on Wildwood Drive just off of Skeena, the second further inland on Evergreen Drive.

The District notes in their advisory than any questions related to the properties in question should be directed to the listing agent, which in the case of these two properties is Realty Executives.
The prospectus for both lots can be reviewed here.
As we outlined in June, Port Edward Mayor Knut Bjorndal observed that the lots were considered surplus to the District's needs, with the financial compensation to be received to be put towards other purposes in the District.
