| Fraser Street awaits its Block party later today |
It's full steam ahead for the Friendship House on Fraser Street today, as the local organization hosts another of their popular Fraser Street Block Parties, with today's festivities set for a Noon hour start.
Today's celebration of the neighbourhood marks the 10th time that Friendship House has hosted the event in the city, this years event featuring a Back to the 80's theme.

As a result of the celebrations, the streets around the Friendship House have been closed to traffic.

While the skies looked threatening earlier this morning, the forecast is somewhat hopeful for the rest of the day is for a mix of Sun and Cloud for those heading to the event.
The Block Party runs through to 4PM.
