Port Edward roadwork underway with some disruptions for residents on two streets in the District

 

It's road reconstruction season in the District of Port Edward, with the major work this year focused on a rebuild of two streets, Oceanview Drive and Sunset Drive, with some disruptions to traffic and parking to be a part of the experience.

The District and Adventure Paving have provide two maps for residents to review, outlining where the work is taking place and where they can park their vehicles during the roadwork reconstruction period.

Residents received the heads up on the work for this year back in June.

In an update earlier this month for their residents, the District noted that this is the only major project left on the to do list for 2023, with planning for the 2024 major projects list to get underway later this year.
