Ridley Terminals on the search for Northwest and Northern BC Art opportunities

One of Prince Rupert's largest industrial anchors is looking to purchase art with a focus on the work of those that call the Northwest and Northern British Columbia home.

RTI has put aside 50,000 dollars for the purchase of works of art from artists that reside in Northern British Columbia this fall,

With the area for submissions ranging from Prince Rupert/Haida Gwaii, north to the Yukon border, south to Prince George and east to the Alberta border.

The art work can be any art medium and anyone is welcome to submit a proposal for consideration.

Those who are interested in call for submissions can contact Michelle Bryant at mbryant@rti.ca to get a proposal package, only submissions that go through this process will be considered and or accepted.

The deadline for submissions is September 3, 2018.

The final selection of which works of art will be purchased will be taken on by an adjudication committee, only those artists who have created the successful proposals will be notified.
