Social Media workshop set for Wednesday in Prince Rupert

An opportunity to learn some of the elements to expanding your business presence in the community will be among the elements of a Social Media Workshop hosted at the Nisga'a Hall tomorrow in Prince Rupert.

The one day workshop which takes place from 10 to 4 PM is led by Deanna Wampler who will explore a range of social media skills that can get your message to the public and help drive customers to your business or cause.

Among some of the themes to be reviewed, which social channel offers the best traction for your needs,  how, when and what to post and how to grow a loyal following and build your brand.

Ms Wampler  a former resident of Prince Rupert, is a social media strategist for Tourism Squamish, Indigenous Tourism BC and has worked with entrepreneurs, non profits and businesses across Canada.
