Members of the Northern Savings Credit Union will be able to learn more about the past year of events for the Prince Rupert based financial institution on Wednesday evening, when Northern Savings holds its Annual General Meeting.
This years session starts at 7:30 at the Crest Hotel, and Northern Savings Executives and staff will be on hand to provide a progress report on the Credit Union's performance in the last year.
As well, members may learn more about recent developments at the Credit Union, which saw Ken Doleman depart as the Financial Institutions President and CEO, replaced on an interim basis by Sharon Stromdahl.
Northern Savings at the time revealed that they were revisiting their strategic direction and would be seeking out a new CEO once they have completed their review and charted a new path forward.
As well as the corporate overview, members will learn the results of the most recent Election of Directors process, with election results to be posted in respective branches following the Annual General Meeting.
You can do a little pre meeting reading from the Northern Savings website, where the 2014 Annual Report has been posted, as well Members can pick up a free copy of the Northern Savings Financial Statements at any branch.
Refreshments and door prizes will also be part of Wednesday's AGM, as well as the opportunity to win an iPad Mini for those in attendance.
