The Northern Expedition will be holding firm in Prince Rupert for the rest of the week, that at least the indication from a pair of Service Notices issued today by BC Ferries.
The First impacts on the Tuesday, March 3rd Sailing for Bella Bella and Port Hardy, which was cancelled today.

The Second Cancellation is for the Thursday the 5th and Friday the 6th, sailing of the Northern Expedition to and from Haida Gwaii.

Passengers for either sailing can keep up to date on the return to service through the BC Ferries Service Notices page or call them toll free at 1-888-223-3779.
The Marine Forecast for Hecate Strait and points south is that of a STORM WARNING in effect, with winds steadily increasing to 50knots by Tuesday Afternoon.
Seas are expected to be at 3 metres in the North, with seas of 8 metres for Queen Charlotte Sound to the South.
