Real Estate Tracker: Week ending March 1, 2020

As we make our way towards Spring, Listings season would seem to be nigh, with a flurry of new properties to be found this week among all price ranges, with our top end list of ten attracting two new entries.

While properties to the west of McBride, continue to dominate the weekly review, particularly the pocket of Atlin/Graham which is host for the bulk of the entries, the East side made some impressive gains this week.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the week just passed and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

As the For Sale listings pick up after a somewhat sluggish winter season, our list of ten this week features two new high end properties for review.

The pair of newcomers both come from the East side of the city, as a property on Eagle Close and  another on Conrad crack the list of ten.

The east side of the city now claims four of the ten, with the majority of the west side properties clustered in the Graham Avenue area.

The total value of the list of ten remains at just below the 7.1 million mark this week, making for much of the same territory as in previous weeks.

The lowest mark for the list of ten  sits  at  $535,000, while our top end from the last week remains marked  at the price point of  $1,350,000
