An industrial accident in the Port Edward area captured the most attention for readers this week as we outlined some notes related to the death of a CN worker.
Provincial funding for the city's 2030 vision plan was announced this week as well, the near 100,000 dollars to be used towards implementation of the project through Community Futures and the City of Prince Rupert.
Some further notes from the Annual Public Meeting for the Port of Prince Rupert generated some interest this week, with readers curious as to the status of the VOPAK bulk fuels terminal.

However, when it came to the most read item of the last week, an incident on the railroad near Port Edward was of the most interest readers over the last seven days.
