The west side continues to be the destination for house hunters looking towards the high end, with a number of listings overlooking the harbour on Graham making for the list of showcase homes in the community.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the week just passed and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

There were a few changes to our snapshot of Prince Rupert realty this week, a listing for a property on Bill Murray Drive and a slight price reduction for one on Atlin making for the new notes, serving towards increasing the total value of our list of ten for the week.

As is the ongoing evolution of the realty market in the city, properties to the west of McBride, particularly the pocket of Atlin/Graham host the bulk of the entries at nine, the East side also makes a mark with one entry for review.

The total value of the list of sits at just under 6.7 million dollars,  a slight increase from the values of last week.

The lowest mark for the list of ten  sits  at $514,000, while our top end from the last week remains marked  at the price point of  $1,350,000
