Northern Savings shifts to the new normal for operations, with some measures and restrictions in place

The Prince Rupert branch of Northern Savings Credit Union is just one
of their operations to see some renovations in response to COVID-19

Prince Rupert based Northern Savings has started to ease up on some of the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions on access that were in place since March, announcing last week that they are now "welcoming a few more neighbours" to their financial service locations across the Northwest.

As part of their information relay, Northern Savings notes that while they are now allowing for more visitors to go into their branches at one time, they are still encouraging the use of electronic banking and insurance transactions.

Should a member still require a visit to one of the branches, they may find line ups in place and from that they note that you can call or send an email to make an appointment before stopping by if desired.

The update for members was posted to the Northern Savings Credit Union Facebook page last week.

The updated notes on COVID 19 measures and procedures can be reviewed here.

The relaxation of the restricted measures which marked March, April and May comes as many other Prince Rupert services and businesses begin to relaunch their enterprises after the Pandemic downtime.
