Real Estate Tracker: week ending February 14, 2021

A bit more movement for the realty listings for Prince Rupert, with one property leaving the list of ten, and a new one making it's entry to our top tier of single family homes.

The split between the east and west of the city remains as it was last week, with eight properties now listed on the west side of the city leaving only two for the list for the area east of McBride for the review.

With the new addition, the total value of the list of ten now drops a bit, and now sits at just over the 7  million dollar mark.

The lowest mark for the list of ten  sits  at $520,000  while our top end from the last week now is marked  at the price point of  $1,098,980
