Infrastructure work on West Side means off and on water supply for residents of Second West at 14th Street

Work on water infrastructure on the city's west side
will bring water shut offs to the area next week

The City has advised residents on the west side of the city of ongoing  infrastructure work this week, that as part of a waterman replacement program underway for the area of 14th Street and 2nd Avenue West.

With the work, a number of scheduled water shut offs are planned for the immediate area through the week.

As we've outlined before, the area of 14th between Atlin and Second Avenue West has been that of constant work for months now, with Atlin reduced to a narrow lane at the intersection for travellers travelling east on the one way road way

Residents of the area can follow the City's Social media stream for updates as the work continues this week.
