School District 52 and Northern Health set a date for Virtual Town Hall on COVID-19

Residents of Prince Rupert will want to block off an hour of time for Thursday, November 19th, as Northern Health and School District 52 host a Virtual Town Hall on the topic of an Update on the School District 52 COVID Response plan, as well as how the Provincial and Regional health response is moving forward.

The opportunity to learn more about how both organizations are approaching COVID will come as part of the one hour Virtual Town Hall which will take place from 5 to 6 PM on the 19th.

Questions for the night must be submitted in advance and if you wish to participate you should have your question forwarded to the School District by November 17th, to submit your thoughts, concerns or comments use info@sd52.bc.ca

As for the Virtual Town Hall, the link for participation in the event will be posted to the SD52 website on the day of the event, you can follow the School district website here.

With a COVID exposure reported in one local school and concerns about other cases noted in the community in recent weeks, the November 19th Town Hall should find a large audience linking up to participate.
