Planned maintenance to knock power out for Industrial Park this evening

BC Hydro will be taking care of some work in the Industrial park area of the city this evening, with planned system maintenance requiring the need to power down the region along Shawatlans Road and all of the Industrial park from 9 until midnight.

In preparation for tonight's planned outage BC Hydro has advised those that work in that area to take the proper precautions to protect their equipment, reminding those in the area to by turn off all lights, electrical heaters, major appliances and to unplug all electronics.

the power supply to the Industrial Park tonight from 9 to midnight
