Prince Rupert's Got Talent Auditions go Sunday


A chance to make the final roster for this years Prince Rupert's Got Talent show in February arrives this weekend, with the Lester Centre home once again to the auction process for the annual showcase of North Coast Talent.

The auditions are set for 1 PM Sunday at the Lester Centre of the Arts, where participants under the age of 19, whether a solo act, group or duet can offer up a glimpse of what they hope to bring to stage on February 6th.

Prince Rupert's Got Talent on February 6th.

Prince Rupert's Got Talent will celebrate it's fifth year next month, having quickly become one of the
key entertainment events on the local calendar each year. An indication as to the thriving arts scene on the North Coast and a showcase for many of the talented young artists that call the region home.

The winner of this years competition will receive a top prize of $1,000 dollars.

Tickets for the February 6th show go for ten dollars and are available at Cook's Jewellers or the Lester Centre of the Arts.
