Ecotrust Canada has some reading material for Premier Designate David Eby to review on climate themes

With the change in leadership near complete now for the BC NDP, incoming Premier David Eby will have no shortage of files to attend to once he takes his oath of Office on November 18th. 

And one area that he is already receiving some feedback on, is how the BC government is taking on climate concerns for British Columbians.

One of the many groups no doubt hoping to catch the attention of the new Premier is Ecotrust Canada, the national organization which has a local office in Prince Rupert, recently provided their three areas of concern for Mr. Eby to consider.

The group sharing them last month through their blog feature during the midst of the nomination process for the BC NDP leadership.

Though their Energy Justice office, Ecotrust outlined their vision of healthy, resilient homes, and energy security for all — a society where nobody has to choose between heating their home and feeding their family.

Offering their three key actions that they wish to see from the next Premier of British Columbia:
