Kick up your heels to some fine fiddling music as part of tomorrow night's Louis Riel Dance at the Moose Hall |
A night of fun, music, dance and celebration of the Métis culture is up on the calendar tomorrow night as the Prince Rupert and District Métis Society hosts their Louis Riel Dance.
The Moose Hall plays the host venue for events which get underway at 7:30 PM til they close the party down at the midnight hour.
Music for the night will be provided by band Gale Force II featuring Métis fiddler Andrew Goulet!The event has a Cash bar, with food refreshments provided.
Tickets go for ten dollars in advance and are available at the Moose Lodge. Those who wait til Friday night will be looking for fifteen dollars to get in the door.
For those not familiar with the Prince Rupert area, the Moose Hall is at the corner of First Avenue West and Seventh Street across from the Highliner Inn in downtown Prince Rupert.
