Prince Rupert RCMP seek assistance on Missing Persons file

The Prince Rupert RCMP are seeking the help of the public as they try to locate a 56 year old male from Manitoba reported as missing and who was last seen in the city in June of this year.

In an information release today, the Prince Rupert Detachment provides some background towards their search for Leon Sinclair.

Mr. Sinclair was reported missing by his family in Manitoba where it was originally thought he may be in Houston, BC. However, after the initial investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Sinclair was last seen in Prince Rupert in June of 2022.


Mr. Sinclair is described as: 

Indigenous 5'9 (175 cm) 
181 lbs (82 kg) 
Salt and pepper hair 
Brown eyes
