There were a few changes to be found on our listing of ten for that last seven days, with two properties now listed as sold, clearing the way for two new entries, both of them from the West Side of the city.
The high end overall remains marked by a 2nd Avenue West Avenue entry, with a property listing moving into our list of ten on Alpine holding down the 10th position on the week.
The new arrivals to the top ten properties shift our bottom to the 459,000 dollar mark, with seven of the ten found on the city's west side.
