You want to be in pictures? This could be your lucky week ... as The Island Between Tides production team returns to Prince Rupert

Movie making buzz is building in Prince Rupert as the
production team from an upcoming feature sets up shop in the city

The arrival of the production team for what will be a feature film to be crafted on the North Coast has put parents to picking out their finest outfits for their youngsters, while the strong core of Prince Rupert  theatrical talent gives some thought to joining in on the production in whatever role they may be assigned.

The Production Company Flicker Theory Incorporated is set to start production on The Island Between Tides and the buzz has been building through social media this week as the film makers prepare to set up the lighting and get the cameras rolling.

The green light for the project came last year when The Island Between Tides received grant funding from Telefilm Canada, one of  29 English and French films to benefit from a share of the Film Agency funding of over 12 million dollars.

In December the Production team made their first trip to Prince Rupert hosting auditions for the film and this week they have returned, ready to host three days of Meet and Greet's at the Highliner Inn to finish off their casting and behind the scenes production requirements.
