City's Pothole patrol to work Shawatlans Road area today

City of Prince Rupert Crews will be working along
Shawatlans Road from the SPCA on into the Industrial Park
today, requiring a closure of the roadway

Travellers heading to the city's Industrial park will want to stay with the highway route today, as the City of Prince Rupert takes note of some road maintenance to take place along Shawatlans Road today, with City Crews set to address some of the expanding pot holes that dot the road from Frederick through to the Industrial area.

In late January the City advised of its plans to take care of some of the more concerning of the potholes and road repair requirements as weather allows and with a break in the recent rains expected today and tomorrow motorists may find crews in a number of locations with some hot asphalt for patching.

More notes on the city's Operations department can be found from our archive page.
