Real Estate Tracker: Week ending February 13, 2022

Two new properties move up into the list of ten, with one of the two new ones staking out some ground in the middle ground for the review of the week.

The property atop the list is just under the 900,000 dollar point, a level which has been holding since the start of 2022.

The balance of the listing finds a 60-40 split with the East holding the larger placement of listings for the week.
