He is balding with grey hair and has blue eyes
He is currently wanted by Prince Rupert Mounties in connection with a Prince Rupert RCMP file from 2021, resulting in a charge for failing to register as per an Order to Comply with the Sex Offender Information Registration Act.
The Prince Rupert Detachment notes that they are requesting that the public not attempt to contact, approach or apprehend him on their own.
