Real Estate Tracker: Week ending April 3, 2022

Edwards Avenue is the new destination address for the city, with two listings now found from the east side neighbourhood off of 11th Avenue East, the newest addition returning the listing to above the 1 million dollar mark.

There was one  west side property dropped from the list of ten this week.

The overview of the listings rebalances the volume of listings from the ten top end properties to a split of the city with six listed west of McBride, four to the east.

The real estate review below is purely for information purposes, for further background on the properties recorded, see our links pages for access to the individual real estate listings.
