A call for volunteers, as Lester Centre gears up for Spring and Summer events

Now that they have a new General Manager in place at the Lester Centre, one of the first tasks for Chris Armstrong to take on will be to rebuild a base of volunteers for the Arts centre after a two year hiatus from live events.

The latest call for volunteers builds on one from last month which was specific to a special event at the start of March, with a number of positions available of those with a love of the arts or a desire to help out in the community.

"Volunteers are an integral part of the Lester Centre of the Arts. Their time, commitment, positive attitude allows us to provide quality customer service to our patrons, and helps to support every department in our organization. 

Volunteers are needed to help in a variety of areas. The Lester Centre of the Arts provides the perfect way to give back to your community. "
