Lax Kw'alaams to join forces with Saskatchewan First Nation group to enhance employment projects


A new Employment and Database project is in the planning phase for the community of Lax Kw'alaams , with organizers preparing to provide more information for residents with two public information sessions later this month to outline what is ahead.

The project which finds Lax Kw'alaams joining forces with the Saskatchewan First Nations Resource Centre of Excellence will help community members develop a number of skills in order to create work profiles, build Resumes and track the needs of members with training programs as they become
available.

The two sessions take place next week. With One session in Prince Rupert, the other at Lax Kw'alaams
