Real Estate Tracker: Week ending April 11, 2021

There were two departures and two additions to the list of ten for the week, though that did not have much of an impact on the total value of the list of ten, nor the distribution of our properties of note

The split between the east and west of the city remains the same from last week, with seven properties listed on the west side of the city making for three for the list for the area east of McBride for the review.
