Prince Rupert RCMP seek public assistance on missing person's file

Prince Rupert RCMP are asking for
help in locating Shawn Spence
The Prince Rupert detachment of the RCMP is looking to the public for help as they look to locate a North Coast resident.

In a Friday afternoon advisory, the RCMP provided some background to the search for Shawn Spence, a 35 year old Indigenous male who has not been seen since July 13th.

The Missing person's file was received by the detachment earlier today.

Mr. Spence is described as 6 foot 3 inches, weighing 225 pounds with brown eyes and is balding.

He was last seen in the 900 block of 3rd Avenue West on July 13th, at the time he was wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and work boots.
