Another jolt in a familiar place for the fault lines along the BC coast, with a 4.5 magnitude earthquake recorded at10:58 Monday evening, 217 kilometres Northwest of Port Hardy.
The seismic incident was noted as 10 kilometres deep.
The location of Monday's event is the same general area that has seen a number of similar sized temblors in recent months.
No Tsunami concerns were generated by the Monday evening event.
