Celebration of Life for Barb Gruber set for Saturday, October 28 at Lester Centre of the Arts

a Celebration of Life for Barb Gruber later this month

The family of Barb Gruber has provided some additional details on the plans for a community Celebration of Life for Barb Gruber, with the communal community event set for Saturday, October 28th from 1 to 4 PM at the Lester Centre of the Arts.

As we outlined last week, Mrs. Gruber a long time resident of the community and one of its strongest boosters and resurgent volunteer for many activities passed away over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Since word of her passing first came out, including a tribute from Mayor Herb Pond at City Council last week, many in the community have shared their condolences and memories through a number of social media streams in the community.
