BC Hydro's ongoing work in the city will once again have an impact on Northern Savings operations, with the Prince Rupert financial organization noting that they will be closing the Head office and Prince Rupert branch on Thursday as a result of a power disruption.
Work is also planned for the 100 and 200 blocks of Third and Second Avenue West.
Thursday will also see significant work and power disruption for residences In the Kootenay/McKay region.

Hydro work around the city has been resulting in closures for services in a few locations, most recently on Tuesday at the Recreation Complex on McBride.
In September, Northern Savings closed their offices for the day related to the work taking place in the downtown area.
