Heading into the Holiday period the Lax Kw'alaams Band has outlined when offices and services will be closed in the community, covering everything from the Band Administration Office, to recreation centre to the school to name a few.
Some of the service suspensions start today, while others roll in through the weekend and week ahead.

As well, the Ferry link between Lax Kw'alaams and Prince Rupert will see limited service on Christmas Even and a suspension of sailings on Christmas Day, limited service returns on Boxing Day.
The same goes for New Year's Eve/New Years Day for the transit from Aero Point to Tuck Inlet.
