Northern Savings the Prince Rupert based financial services group is set to make some changes to how they introduce themselves to the community both online and through a mobile banking app program.
Among some of the changes ahead for customers in early 2024 will be:
A new mobile banking app
A refreshed website
An update online banking platform
The changes will bring a new and improved digital experience for customers, while serving the same features and log in credentials that customers have become used to.
The changes come following feedback from members who had been asking for a refreshed look and easier to use digital experience.
The change in 2024 is just the start for the financial organization, with Northern Savings noting that new and exciting features area ahead for members.
