Check your mail box over the next few days, the roll out for the 2024 CityWest phone book is now underway.
This year's cover features the work of Jeff Easingwood from Clearly Coastal, his amazing shot gained 70 percent of all votes in the CityWest competition of August/September.
The latest volume of infromation from the Prince Rupert owned and operated communication company is slimmer than years previous.
The continuation of a decades long trend.
This year's white page listings make for just twelve pages of local phone numbers for Prince Rupert.
Six additional pages provide listings for Port Edward and surrounding villages.
An indication perhaps of the near complete migration away from landlines; that as cel phones continue their dominance in the world of communications.
The front of the annual publication provides notes on CityWest's Connected Coast initiative, as well as a volume of City of Prince Rupert information related to landfill, garbage/recycling pick up information as well as items of interest on Community groups and Tourism Prince Rupert themes.
Postal Code information, Federal and Provincial governments service information also are included as part of the annual delivery.
The largest segment of the publication is the Yellow pages and its listings of local businesses and services.
More notes on CityWest can be reviewed through our archive page.
