Prince Rupert's Skaters to showcase their talents Wednesday at the Civic Centre

A fresh sheet of ice awaits the skaters from the
Prince Rupert Skating Club this week.
They host their annual Holiday Showcase on Wednesday evening

Fresh from competition in Smithers for many of them, the Prince Rupert Skating Club will take to the ice this Wednesday evening for their annual Holiday period showcase.

Two weeks ago, the skaters of the PRSC joined those from across Northern BC at the annual Kla How Ya competition, the Skating Club Facebook page posting a range of photos from the three days and nights in the Bulkley Valley.

Wednesday the local skaters offer up the chance to see their progress so far in 2023, that as they head into the competitive period ahead in 2024.

Doors open at 5 PM for the Showcase,  entry is by donation and those in attendance can take part in the raffle for Basket prizes as part of the event.

It's still not too late to get your youngsters enrolled, the Club is taking applications for its 2024 start up in January.

New Registration will take place on January 8th from 3:30 to 5:00 PM at the arena.

The PRSC has two programs of note for those looking to join them on the ice.
