The Annual test of the Old Dogs up against the youngsters looking to make their mark is coming up next week, with the Charles Hays Rainmakers hosting their Annual Jim Ciccone Alumni Tournament.
The event held in the memory of the former Rainmaker and popular community and sports advocate takes advantage of the holiday period and the return of many former Rainmakers home.
The event serving as a reunion for the teams of the past and a good test for this year's collection of Rainmakers Senior and Junior level, looking to clam a few banners for their own through the Provincial Basketball season.
Tournament tip off comes on Friday, December 22nd at 2PM, the finale comes Saturday at 5PM
In between six teams will work through the tourney schedule of eight games, with the oldest collection that of the 1946-2005 Rainmakers, the youngest the Junior Varsity team for 2023-24
