A chance to meet an Olympian and enjoy a last bash for the summer is waiting for the North Coast younger residents as Pacific NorthWest LNG hosts a summer camp from August 25 to 27.
Among the plans for the three days is the featured activity of a kayak trip to Butze Rapids, as well as a chance to join in with a number of activities with Canadian Olympian Arianne Jones.
Registration for the camp is limited to fifteen participants on a first come, first served basis, to register your child drop into the Prince Rupert Community Office on 3rd Avenue West to find out more details.
In addition to the summer camp at the end of August, Pacific NorthWest LNG is also hosting a Free Swim at the Earl Mah Aquatic Centre this coming Sunday from 1 until 5 PM
