significant jump in the ask price in the city's For Sale listings

An eye popping 1 million, 350,000 dollars makes for the newest listing in Prince Rupert Real Estate, as a property found on the city's Graham Avenue makes for a new benchmark in top end housing for the community,

The listing for 1824 Graham was just added to the Remax site and is described as an exquisite, luxury home situated on a gorgeous waterfront lot with a private setting.
