Two changes come to our list of ten this week, both additions from Graham Avenue on the city's west side.

The range of the week's results again runs from the top end of $1.195 million dollars to $769,000. 

The distribution of our list of ten for this week makes for six properties on the West side of the city, four east of the McBride Street Divide.
