With their van parked for close to a month, the Friendship House transportation service remains suspended until early June |
Travellers who make use of the Friendship House connection between Prince Rupert and Terrace will have to wait a bit longer to hear when the service will be back in motion.
The service which features twice a week service on Tuesday's and Thursday's has been out of service since the start of the month, that owing to some required maintenance.
The most recent update was released this afternoon from the Friendship House, noting that they won't be able to provide a return to service date until they hear more about the required maintenance, some information they expect in early June.

As we outlined in early May, that leaves Prince Rupert residents with just a few options towards travel to Terrace, with the BC Bus North, Northern Connections Bus and VIA Rail service all available though on varied schedules.
