Prince Rupert Fire Rescue members were called out to a fully engulfed trailer fire on Monday evening, the trailer part of the collection of residences adjacent to the Parkside Motel lot off of 11th Avenue East, the blaze one which had attracted some attention on social media over the last few days.
In a report through their own Facebook page, the PRFD notes that by way of an aggressive attack from the responding crews, they were able to contain the situation to just the one trailer without impact to neighbouring properties.
No injuries were reported from the fire and no cause has yet been determined by the PRFD.

A Go Fund Me page has been created for one of the residents of the park who has been displaced as a result of the fire.
