The success of Ms. McChesney and that of team mate Jagdeesh Uppal is helping to spread word of the swim program at TRU.

Earlier this week, the Kamloops based University heralded the signing of a new recruit for Wolfpack swimming for next year, as Taylor Carmichael of  Merrit, committed to the Wolfpack.

Not surprisingly, she makes mention of the camaraderie that Ms. McChesney and her team mates bring to the program as the reason for her decision to choose TRU.

“They are really friendly and welcoming and I have become friends with both of them,” Carmichael says. “I am really excited about the chance of continuing to work with them both in and out of the pool.”

Further background on the TRU program can be found on the Thomson Rivers website
